What Criply provides

Criply provides free online file tools on an as-is basis. We make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. While we work hard to keep the tools reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Your files

You retain full ownership of all files you upload to Criply. We claim no rights, licenses, or interest in your content whatsoever. Files are used solely to perform the operation you requested and are deleted within 1 hour.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Criply for any illegal purpose or activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful content.

Limitation of liability

Criply is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Always keep backups of any files you consider important before processing them with any online tool — including ours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Criply after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date.
